Astros Game

While being in Houston visiting my mom we had the opportunity to take the kids to a Houston Astros game and it was awesome! It was Nolan's first time to a baseball game (and Cleo's but she didn't really get it...shocking huh?!). At first he was a little unsure about the noise level, but quickly realized the coolness of the whole experience! And Cleo either slept or smiled...not too different from any other day!

After the game it was so exciting because they let all the kids run the bases! I wasn't sure if Nolan was going to do it or not once we got down there, but he loved it! It was the cutest thing EVER! Once we made it to home base I said "OK touch home base!" and he leaned down and touched it with his hand...so cute how literal little kids take things.



After the running of the bases we went and took some fun pictures around the stadium...

He was pretty tuckered out by the end of the whole day!

I have been an Astros fan for a pretty long time and it was really neat to be there experiencing all of these fun things with my own kids!
