Our first home project

Seeing as how we are on a tight budget...we went garage sale shopping for some needed household items. We found this great desk for only $25! It is real antiquey (not a word I'm sure but you get the point) but it needed some help. So Blaine and I went to town and sanded, varnished it, and sealed! We stained our desk and it looks so much better. It fits perfect in our little house. There are still some touch up places that we need to fix (they are quite obvious actually), but you can tell our handy work still I do believe. It was a fun project and something we can be proud of! :)
